Terms and Conditions

We will securely wrap and package each order and ship via USPS or UPS mail. Your item will be packed and shipped as soon as the paint / stain are dry! While shipping accidents occasionally occur, these incidents are out of our control, but we will do all that is necessary to get your 100% satisfaction whether we replace, repair or refund your money. Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving a damaged package. We will require pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. At our discretion, we will either issue a refund or replace damaged item.

We will refund canceled orders that have been designed, but not carved less a $25 design charge for the order.
